Sustainable procurement:
When procuring our limousine, we naturally considered sustainability and ultimately opted for the new RANGE ROVER Autobiography with a diesel engine. We want to limit the impact of our activities on the environment, but still be able to offer luxurious travel on the road. In fact, we do have an impact on the environment with this service. This makes it all the more important to drive in an environmentally friendly manner.

Reducing emissions:
The use of low-carbon or renewable energy required by Land Rover in the manufacture of the vehicle was important to us. It reduces our dependence on fossil fuels and enables us to increase energy security and reduce CO2 emissions.

Why diesel:
A Euro 6 diesel engine is less harmful to the environment if you drive more than 19,000 km per year. As we specialize primarily in long distances, the choice of engine was quickly made. A hybrid or fully battery-powered sedan is not yet suitable for our service. The latest Euro 6 diesel engines are the cleanest ever. We can drive our sedan anywhere in Europe.

Land Rover has already made significant progress in the past, which has considerably reduced its environmental impact in recent years:

• Carbon dioxide emissions during operation reduced by 21% per vehicle
• Landfill waste per vehicle reduced by 75%
• Water consumption per vehicle reduced by 17%
• Carbon dioxide emissions in logistics reduced by 18% per vehicle
• 360,000 tons of scrap metal converted into lightweight aluminum vehicle architectures between 2013 and 2019.
• 14 million single-use products removed from across the Land Rover business, from disposable cups to vehicle part packaging.
