1. Scope of Application
All our services are subject in full to these General Terms and Conditions unless amended or supplemented by written agreement.
2. Prices and Bookings
The prices quoted in our offers are binding and valid for a limited period. Package deals are only valid for a specific booking. All bookings are binding.
3. Backup Services
The backup service for limousines and vans with up to 7 seats, will be charged at CHF 270.–.
The backup service for minibuses with 8 or more seats, will be charged at CHF 300.–.
4. Contract Content
«Brunner Limousine Service GmbH» provides transportation services in return for payment of the agreed fee. Transportation is provided by a chauffeur who drives the booked vehicle. The client determines the pick-up address, any stopovers, the destination, and the time of transport.
5. Orders
Orders of any kind must clearly specify the subject matter and procedure. If services are provided for third parties, the agreed remuneration shall, in case of doubt, be paid by the client. Verbal agreements require written confirmation. In the event of changes to the order during the course of a journey, the chauffeur is only authorised to carry them out if they do not exceed the usual scope of a chauffeur service. Any other changes must be agreed with «Brunner Limousine Service GmbH».
6. Remuneration
Payment is due at the latest before the start of the service. In exceptional cases, invoicing may be agreed (only for customers residing in Switzerland and for regular customers). Payment becomes due upon receipt of the invoice. In the event of late payment, interest of 5% will be charged. If a debt collection agency is engaged due to the customer’s default, the customer shall bear all resulting costs. For bookings accepted with invoicing, «Brunner Limousine Service GmbH» is entitled to request a down payment of up to 75% of the order value. We accept most major credit cards, payment by invoice, and payment by bank or postal transfer. Payment reminders will be charged at an additional CHF 25.–. Transfers must generally be made on a “no fees for the recipient” basis.
7. Cancellation
Both parties to the contract are entitled to cancel. A cancellation is only effective if made in writing. A verbal cancellation is only valid if confirmed in writing by «Brunner Limousine Service GmbH». In the event of cancellation, «Brunner Limousine Service GmbH» will charge the following amounts as compensation for expenses:
Limousines and Vans (up to 7 seats)
- Up to 24 hours before the service begins: no charge
- 24 to 12 hours before the service begins: 50% charge
- Less than 12 hours before the service begins or no-show: 100% charge
Minibus (from 8 seats up to a coach)
- Up to 20 days before departure: CHF 100.–
- 19 to 10 days before departure: 10%
- 9 to 4 days before departure: 20%
- 3 to 0 days before departure or no-show: 100%
Backup Services
- The full backup price will be charged.
The service begins as soon as the vehicle leaves the garage at the company’s headquarters. By mutual agreement, it is possible to reschedule an appointment. Payments already made will not be refunded.
8. Obligations of Passengers
Passengers must comply with all necessary instructions issued by «Brunner Limousine Service GmbH» and the chauffeur. Failure to do so may result in the journey being terminated. In such cases, «Brunner Limousine Service GmbH» remains entitled to the full agreed fare. Pets are only permitted after prior consultation with «Brunner Limousine Service GmbH». Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. If a passenger vomits in the vehicle, cleaning costs of CHF 200.– will be charged. These costs must be paid directly to the chauffeur immediately after the journey.
9. Liability
Seat belts must be worn in all vehicles. No claims for damages may be made in the event of non-compliance. For film or photo shoots outside of standard passenger transportation, the client must take out additional insurance (e.g. props insurance). All vehicles are covered by comprehensive motor insurance, third-party liability insurance, and passenger insurance. «Brunner Limousine Service GmbH» accepts no liability for missed appointments (and any resulting economic consequences) due to vehicle-related or technical issues. This includes road closures, vehicle breakdowns, traffic accidents, delays caused by traffic congestion, police stops, storms, snow, black ice, hail, flooding, hurricanes, and dense fog. If we are unable to carry out the booked journey and the client engages another company, we accept no liability for this.
10. Delays
Additional costs incurred due to delays caused by the client or the passengers shall be borne by the client, unless the delay is due to the chauffeur’s fault. Each commenced half hour will be charged. The chauffeur must inform the passengers accordingly.
11. Vouchers
Vouchers issued by «Brunner Limousine Service GmbH» are valid for a maximum of two (2) years from the date of issue.
12. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, all other provisions shall remain unaffected. In such a case, the provision that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid clause shall apply.
13. Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is St. Gallen, Switzerland. Our company will always endeavour to resolve any disputes with its customers amicably and by mutual agreement.
